We serve people who are over 18 years of age and older with no age limit.
Our providers know how difficult the journey can be and are there to offer advice and guidance at every step. We want your journey to be as safe and seamless as possible. We have cultivated relationships with gender affirming specialists nationwide and can personally introduce you to them for procedures, voice training and more.
We partnered with several national primary care providers and can refer you seamlessly to one anywhere in the country, but we only provide specialty gender-affirming care.
Memberships are cash only and provide a unique service and delivery of convenient and high quality care. Considering the labs are included, our membership is often much more cost effective than most insurance plans with deductibles. We are Health Savings Accounts (HSA) eligible and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) may be used as well.
You can see your provider up to 4 times a year via Telemedicine and you also have unlimited messaging with them at any time via email or text.
Membership can be canceled at any time but you will be charged for your first visit.
Your provider will be knowledgeable about multiple treatment plan options and be able to guide you to the best regimen for you. Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone blockers such as spironolactone, dutasteride and finasteride are all commonly prescribed. We are also prescribe PrEP and ED medications.
We have a contract with two national lab services and will cover the cost of your labs. You can get them drawn usually within a mile or two of your home at the closest Quest or Lab Corp facility.
