Designed for patients with active medical insurance that covers lab work. This plan provides safe, evidence-based HRT management with required laboratory monitoring to ensure your care stays medically sound.

$119.99 Per Month

A comprehensive plan designed to support your HRT journey from start to ongoing care. This option includes required lab costs, making your treatment more seamless and predictable.

STEP ONE

Choose Your Plan & Complete Intake

Select the plan that fits your needs and complete our WPATH-compliant intake form with your medical history and required information. Once submitted, you’ll finalize your membership and payment so we can begin your care.

STEP TWO

Lab Ordering & Clinical Review

Our physician will review your intake and place your lab orders. If a virtual visit is needed, you’ll receive a secure video link with appointment times that work for your schedule. Once your lab results are available, your provider will carefully evaluate your hormone levels and overall health to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.

STEP THREE

Treatment & Ongoing Support

After your medical review is complete and you’re ready to move forward, your prescription will be written and sent to your preferred pharmacy or delivered to your home. Your provider will guide you through next steps and remain available for continued support.
