HRT Basic

This plan offers essential HRT care while allowing flexibility with lab costs. It includes:

• Quarterly visits with your provider for ongoing medical care.

• Ordering of appropriate labs (however, lab costs are the responsibility of you or your insurance provider).

• Prescription and management of your HRT medications.

HRT Full

This plan provides comprehensive gender-affirming care, including:

• Quarterly visits with your provider for ongoing care and support.

• Ordering and full coverage of appropriate lab costs.

• Prescription and management of your HRT medications.

Requesting Letters for Name Changes, Gender Marker Changes, and Gender-Affirming Surgeries
TransClinique provides letters of support for legal name changes, gender marker changes, and gender-affirming surgeries. These letters are written in accordance with WPATH guidelines and tailored to meet the specific requirements of healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal institutions. To ensure timely processing, we ask that all letter requests be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. This allows our team to review your information, conduct any necessary assessments, and provide a letter that accurately reflects your needs. There is a $75 one-time charge for this service. Once a request is submitted, a payment link will be sent to you. The letter will be processed once payment is completed.
